We provide day support services through our specifically developed centres in Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon
Across both services we provide a range of opportunities both within the centre and also in the community.
Our centres are hubs where people meet and socialise and learn new skills, but they are also a base where people meet but then spend the time in the community undertaking a range of activities and opportunities.
We have a high staff ratio so that people can enjoy activities in small groups or as individual.
We also provide additional activities in an evening and a weekend based on
Outdoor Activities
A lot of the activities take place in the community, we provide transport and this is used on a daily basis
Indoor Activities
Our facilities are fully accessible and meet all the personal care needs and offer a wide range of daily activities
We have a bespoke unit which includes –
Kitchen – fully accessible with daily cooking classes and various recipe’s
Arts and Crafts – we have a dedicated room where people can use their creative skills and also make a mess!
Quiet Room – we have an area that is dedicated to support people who may want a quiet area, and we have been known to have foot spa sessions, nail painting and lots more
But our activities are not restricted to our building, in fact most of what we do happens out in the community
Avon Support provide Supported Living and Outreach Services across Warwickshire.
From our base in Stratford we support a number of individuals in their own accommodation and also in supported housing
