Tom Hall

 

Robin has an extensive background in the Health and Social Care Sector, going back over 30 years, he has worked at all levels from Support Worker through to Senior Management roles and all levels in-between.

Over his many years in the sector Robin had a real passion for recruiting and retaining the right people, which in turn drives a consistent and quality led workforce, which ensures that the people we support achieve the best outcomes, in 2020 Robin decided that he wanted to put into practice all the ideas and innovations that he had and therefore took the plunge and set up Procurae Group.

Robin has worked across the UK and has an extensive background in Care and Support services, and has an intrinsic knowledge of the sector, and he understands the key important elements that ultimately ensure that people receive the care and support that they need, and that they are supported by the right people.

Robin was Chair and Vice Chair of Scottish Care for over 12 Years and has worked with sector leaders to drive change and innovation.

 

Tom has an extensive background in the finance sector, and more recently within the care and support sector.

Tom is a qualified accountant and has held a number of senior roles, more recently as CFO of a nationwide care and support provider.

Whilst been involved in the care sector, Tom got a passion to become more involved in the day to day operations to allow him to understand how providers can provide a quality service and do this in a way that ensures providers maximise areas such as pay and conditions.

Penny is goal-driven, highly accomplished professional with 15+ years’ experience directing quality compliance, regulatory adherence and business development for SMEs and PLC organisations.

She consistently demonstrates expertise in strategically planning and executing operational initiatives to facilitate changes and crisis management while optimising business development. 

She has reputable track record collaborating with departmental leadership and liaising with senior executive stakeholders to ensure adherence with CQC and local authority legislation while ensuring comprehensive risk management throughout




Tania is an experienced Human Resource professional, having previously held roles at senior level in a wide range of sectors across manufacturing, logistics and automotive industries. Whilst each business is different, they all have one feature in common, which is that they are only as good as the people they employ.

As Head of People it’s important to have a strategy to attract, develop and retain our talented team members and, in order to do so, we need to provide a working environment that recognises their efforts and embeds our Company values in how we treat each other.

As a growing business, Procurae prides itself on maintaining the special identities of our 4 businesses, whilst building a strong team culture as a Group, based on values such as dignity & respect, inclusion, choice & empowerment, independence and accountability.
