We have a proven track record of helping children with complex care needs get the support they need. Partnering highly skilled staff with special needs children and children’s mental health services is our speciality, and our service is an outstanding choice for those with complex care staffing requirements.
We understand every child is different, so we tailor our care packages to meet individual needs. This includes more than just support to manage complex care needs.
Our person centred approach takes interests, goals and family dynamics into consideration too when delivering care.
This includes involving children and young people where appropriate, working with their families and collaborating with their healthcare professionals to provide truly personalised care and support
Short Break Support
Short breaks provide social opportunities for children and young people with a severe disability to spend time away from their parents or primary carers. They provide an essential opportunity for parents and carers to have a break, and allow disabled children and young people to have different experiences – places, people and activities.
Our aim is that Short Breaks will contribute to keeping children safe and healthy, enabling them to enjoy new activities, make friends, and have new learning opportunities, as well as preparing teenagers for adulthood.
By providing children and young people with such opportunities, it is our aim to support parents in their role as primary carers and give them breaks to assist them to look after themselves and their wider family.
Complex Care
We provide a wide range of complex childcare packages, from those who may have been born with a life limiting illness to older children who have been involved in a serious accident.
Types of complex childcare we provide include:
All of the care packages we provide our bespoke to each child and their family. We plan our care packages with input from families and healthcare professionals, to ensure you are 100% happy with the care package before we start. All of our care packages have a dedicated care coordinator who is on hand to answer any queries you may have. We understand having a child with complex care effects the whole family, we aim to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported by us.
