Robin has an extensive background in the Health and Social Care Sector, going back over 30 years.
Robin decided in 2020 that he wanted to put into practice all the ideas and innovations that he had and therefore took the plunge and set up Procurae Group.
Having worked across the UK, Robin has an extensive background in Care and Support services, and has an intrinsic knowledge of the sector, and he understands the key important elements that ultimately ensure that people receive the care and support that they want and when they need it .
Robin was Chair and Vice Chair of Scottish Care for over 12 Years.
Tom has an extensive background in the finance sector, and more recently within the care and support sector. Tom is a qualified accountant and has held a number of senior roles, more recently as CFO of a nationwide care and support provider. Whilst been involved in the care sector, Tom got a passion to become more involved in the day to day operations to allow him to understand how providers can provide a quality service and do this in a way that ensures providers maximise areas such as pay and conditions. Tom is one of the founders of Procurae and works closely with Robin on ensuring that we provide a service that makes a difference to peoples lives.
Penny is goal-driven, highly accomplished professional with 15+ years’ experience directing quality compliance, regulatory adherence and business development for SMEs and PLC organisations. She consistently demonstrates expertise in strategically planning and executing operational initiatives to facilitate changes and crisis management while optimising business development. She has reputable track record collaborating with departmental leadership and liaising with senior executive stakeholders to ensure adherence with CQC and local authority legislation while ensuring comprehensive risk management throughout
Janie is the recruitment manager for the Procurae Group Janie has worked in the care sector for over 12 years, spending 2 years as a care assistant and 10 years in recruitment and compliance for both adult and children’s services. Janie leads the recruitment team who are the crucial bridge between those seeking meaningful work and our clients seeking trustworthy and compassionate support workers and it’s a great privilege to match the right people with the right opportunities, knowing that this alignment can lead to long lasting positive relationships and a higher quality of life for those in need of care.
